I am Nathalie De Rijbel, founder and Creative Director at Atelier De Rijbel.

For over twenty years, I have worked at the intersection of design, product development, and manufacturing. Today, I use that expertise to help companies, associations, and organisations create exclusive apparel collections that strengthen their identity and bring their story to life.

By gaining a deep understanding of your organisation, values, and ambitions, I develop a collection that is entirely tailored to your vision. No standard templates, no off-the-shelf catalogue products—only unique designs created from the ground up to authentically reflect who you are.

Where others simply customise existing garments, I create something that did not exist before. Every detail is carefully considered, from silhouette and material selection to finishing techniques and production.

Over the years, I have built an international network of specialised manufacturers and skilled craftsmen. For each project, I carefully select the partners best suited to the desired quality standards, technical requirements, and sustainability goals. This ensures a final product that meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, durability, and design excellence.

I do not believe in standard solutions. Every collection begins with a blank canvas and ends with a product that exists nowhere else. True exclusivity is born where creativity, expertise, and vision come together.
